Hello, I am new to this forum and I wanted to tell you my sad story, I have been very self-conscious for years because of the size of my member, I have not had sexual relations, I am a virgin and I am 20 years old. , my insecurity is very great because since I was little I have been bullied because of my size and hearing humiliating comments from girls about small penises. my nbp measurement: 10 cm, my girth: 11 cm. goal: nbp 15 cm ex: 14 cm I wanted to know if these are achievable goals and what I could do to achieve them.

Welcome to the brotherhood. What you have is quite normal. I wasn't that far from your measurement. Don't worry. As long as you put in the work, you'll get the gains. We went through it, gained what we needed, and continued on since then. You can indeed achieve what you set as a goal and more.
 
Just get started by doing manual PE brother as in stretching and jelqing. Just grab a hold behind your penis glands/head and stretch straight down, to the left, to the right, straight up and straight out hold each stretch for 1 mins before moving on to a different direction.

Jelqing is almost like milking your penis by grabbing it with an ok sign between your thumb and index finger starting at the base of your penis and moving the ok sign towards your penis glands in a slow motion filling your penis with blood.

The sooner you start the sooner you’ll get results though remember it takes some time to start seeing results. And btw I know what you mean about getting teased for your size as I was 6 inches erect when starting out but my flaccid was a bit on the smaller side so people always made comments about it but now after doing PE for several years my flaccid has become much bigger and so has my erect penis.

Slow start to allow your body to adapt to the new sensations and pains until the entire penile body understands the new programming of growing pains, discomforts, and changes. It's just like how your body went through adolescent stages. Slow and steady, but be consistent. Once your body finally adapts to the routine and growth, that's when you change up the game to various types of stretches and go crazy. I believe there's a discussion earlier for 3-month rule with certain bundle stretches. Try it first.

I do not believe in starting out slow. If you use your hands when you start, and then a fulcrum device in order to increase the intensity in a progressive way, you can go all in and hard immediately, your brain will protect you.

With this approach you will not experience any pain.

I think everyone should go full forward with power and intensity from the start. Many think SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory isn't an advanced workout but it truly is a workout for anyone who wants to gain the fastest possible

Guys, I have a question. I would like a very very wide penis, I am 4.3 cm wide and I would like to reach 5-5.5 cm. What exercises can I do for that and how long does it take to see the results? I want a penis like __________'s, really wide.
