Today is my second day of DLD newb routine. Im having problems staying excited enough during the jelqing. Today i had to stop many times to make sure my penis didnt goto sleep. Is stopping a no no?
How do you guys keep at 80% for the 300 reps? What methods do you guys use to stay focused...
For Basic Jelqs it says that i need to do 300 2 second jelqs.
Does that mean i do 2 sets of 300? OR it simply means that each motion counts as 1? Can someone clarify this for me? Sorry for the newbish question.

The phase one is about 6 weeks. Am I suppose to do the exercises everyday?
How should i spread out the exercises throught the day? Do I do everything in a row?
