For Basic Jelqs it says that i need to do 300 2 second jelqs.
Does that mean i do 2 sets of 300? OR it simply means that each motion counts as 1? Can someone clarify this for me? Sorry for the newbish question.

I am new too, but what I think it means is 300 jelqs for 2 seconds each; that means each 'milking' motion should last approx 2 seconds. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
 
nope you are right. 300 2 sec jelqs. just 1 set or 300 unless you get excited and choose to do more.
 
There are different variations of the Jelq, 2 sec are the basic, anything else is advanced versions of the Jelq
 
I am just wodering because in the pay site, it says that the stoke should last a minimum of 10 seconds
 
I have never tried 10 second jelqing, can someone explain any advantages of doing 10 second jelqs over 2 second jelqs? If you do 10 second jelqs do you have to do less of them than if you did 2 second ones?
 
It just moves the blood up the shaft slower, giving more of a dynamic stretch then a ballistic stretch to the cells. I would do the same amount though.

For the last few days I've been alternating times, doing about 100 2 sec, 100 4-5 sec, 50 fast jelqs, and then 50 2 sec jelqs, seems to give an unreal pump.

I'm doing the DLD newbie routine posted on this forum, which is a duplicate of the routine on the pay site. There is no mention of 10 second jelqs, at least definitely not on stage 1.

If you are doing something more advanced, i would stop immediately and make sure you have done your homework LMAO

The 10 Second Jelq you must be referring to is the DUAL DRY JELQ found in PHASE 4 and the 10 MINUTE WORKOUT. A newbie should always start out with the basics. The simple 2 secnd JELQ.
