i think you should give them a chance to explain first... please don't panic... sometimes people make mistakes, as long as they're willing to take responsibility and correct the mistakes you're fine.

I am not sure... I checked the official customs site regarding the rules & regulations... http://tariff.customs.gov.my/ It seems some medical devices are prohibited... However it is beyond my understanding.

I am from Malaysia, planning to order the complete set of PeniMaster Pro... however i am worry that customs might hold and charge excessive duty fee/taxes for the package... anyone from Malaysia ordered PeniMaster Pro, do you mind to share your experience? I tried to get answer from PeniMaster...

when you see marks/spots after pumping it usually means you're pushing too hard. i will rest for one or two days if i found marks after session... it will be restored after resting.

I had this issue on my first day but with advises in the forum and some adjustment i managed to solve the problem. 1. make sure you warm up very well with warm water bath before you start pumping. 2. try to move the Bathmate closer to your belly instead of your balls before you start pumping.

Hows the fluid retention look like? So far i haven't face this problem... this is my 3rd day using Bathmate.
