Agreed. The skin stretch (which I'm still going through) hurts like a mofo! I do bundle stretches on a morning and wrap for the day, then BM on a night. So far so good.

DLD, I'm solely using ice cold water in my daily BM sessions. My progress, updates and findings are in my thread within the routines section. Any questions, please ask away. Within two weeks I aim to be doing 2 BM sessions per day, so I should be in the knowledge by the time I hit that frequency.

I'm still trying to find out where to buy this from! Supra seems to have disappeared and isn't selling them anymore?! I work in a medical background and have had my testosterone levels taken.. I'd be interested to know what they're like in a few months time!
