i've been working on it and for some reason im getting pre-ejaculation.....from the soreness.

did about 10-15 minutes of jelqs.. i don't count it messes me up. i just try to watch tv while jelqing. did a few minutes of kegels and took a nap.

tried an intense kegel session today while watching scrubs. after holding the kegel past a few minutes it started fidgeting once i released the kegel. it was near impossible to squeeze and do a kegel for more than a 5-10 seconds.

the only exercise that is really hard to master is the kegel. I find it almost impossible to hold on to a kegel for more than a few seconds. the sensation is almost near draining for a my body. do you guys have any tips on alleviating this pain or should i just continue my like 2-3 second...

i would say the same too, ejaculating totally kills your drive after a Penis Enlargement session. Sometimes i find my penis to sensistive as im jelqing and cool off a bit and wait for it to calm down before i continue or risk ejaculating.
