    Easiest way to add size if not absolutely necessary...Already 6 3/4 and 5.25 inches

    I am a 33 year old male. I am maybe slightly above average. I was just trying to get beyond the 7 inch mark just for psychological reasons. What would be the best/easiest way to add a little size? Pump or creams? If creams, which one? I was always skeptical about creams, but I watched a BBC...
