It's really about how you use it and if you can please them. I'd say it's not an issue to 80% of the girls out there.

MuscleMilk- Especially chocolate, but any of their flavors rocks. For something with not as much flavor but doesnt taste like complete ass, I like Optimum Nutrition 100% whey- chocolate. mix that stuff with milk, peanut butter and banana and its pretty dang good.

For me if I pull the A-stretch out parallel to the ground I get more of a ligament stretch, but if I pull it up towards my chest it stretches the tunica more.
