I must have lost that. I don't see a gasket.

Once I got the pump, I was able to try out the wet pumping with the Hydro Water Trap. I have as yet not been able use it again, it does provide a seal anymore. Is there something I am missing to get it maintain a vacuum? I now just use the pump without the trap and take the extra drag.

I'm upping my Kegels and I'm back, but I will take the rest of these to heart.

Man, this happened to me this morning, so I am going to upgrade my Kegel routine.

My goal is 12", but my wife may want me to stop beforehand.

I am the idiot that is like a 12 x 6 is good but I'm sure I will stop somewhere before that.

I am trying to make this a new norm of my life.

I am grinding. I have been pretty consistent 5-7 days a week since October, so I am doing my part.
