you might have a defective device. Prevent it from getting pressure the whole top broke off of mine after thr second day. waiting on a response from CS

I did one day of this routine with no water retention and hardly any expansion, until my Bathmate broke after 2 days. It must have been defective and not getting good pumps. hopefully customer support will email me back and I can get a replacement next week.

my Bathmate broke the whole top came off after the second use I tried to put pressure and the whole top came off. this w obviously a defective unit. Calling the customer support is a no go and get no response so far through email. what's next step? tried to upload a pic guess it was to large...
