I take cialis every 3rd, 4th or 5th day, it's very difficult for me to say exactly how often, so just experiment. I take 20mg at the time. You could also, take 5mg every day, if you want. The key words here are: experiment, and take the other stuff after you get your cialis dosage and timing right..
