With 8x6 there are girls that wouldn't even let you try to get inside of them, everyone's different. Lot's of girls I've talked to have said that 6.5 to 7 and 5.5 around is perfect. Some girls find 5 inches around to be perfect. It depends on the girl.
These reverse kegals are difficult to get the hang of. But I just did around 30 of these and I feel the stretch. I'm going to add this to my routine and see what it does for me.
