    Kegels for Life

    Guys, Is it just me or is this normal? I can do about 5 of the 5 second hold/2 second release kegels in the PC part of the routine. The routine calls for 50! Am I just weak down there? Or did others have similar trouble. I worked my ass off to get the 100 kegel flexes, too. -- Jason :p
