Are there real Gains when you do jelqs and try to make the erectile tissue bigger/longer or is it just the better bloodflow which seems to make it bigger?
and that means i should do my other program, that i did before, and wait for el gains??
You know iam a special case because my difference from BPenis EnlargementL to BPFSL is 1″
The Program is following:
20 min. A-stretches
10-15 min __________
20 Jelq

Long enough a-stretches?? Because i did the a-stretches till i saw gains in the bpfsl and did not continue, because i though is time to do jelqs and change my trainingprogram into the tgc theory.

Did i get you right, i have to do girth to grow the smooth muscle and get erected gains, you are kind of contradicting yourself by saying, its a preview for erected gains -> means doing my old program (most of them stretches wich hit the tunica) and on the other hand saying do girth training...
