is temperature the only thing that affects scrotum size? cuz i know when a guy is cold the scrotum will tighten up and when he's warm it will sag....but mine seems to sag a lot more often....and sag a lot....and when i have an erection it usually tightens up....there are times when im flaccid...

yea i notice that most guys want lower hanging balls, any reason for that? and my balls are sooo huge that i need surgery but they are def bigger than the average guys. thanks for the responses
