I see different opinions about this. When we do manual stretches such as pulling straight forward or down/side etc and also BTC are we only pulling with the OK grip with one hand or are we holding our base of the penis also with the other hand?

but what is the grip you use for the DLD blasters? Do I just hold the "O"grip under the penis-head and stretch out straight forward while doing the DLD Blaster exercises (kegel, reverse kegel)?
I've tried to find an explanation with pictures (and better, video) of an A-stretch that one uses in the DLD Blasters but I can't find it. Could anyone link or show how to do this specific grip?
