    tis very true your right... well i get very sore with the downward and straight forward and i feel like i am starting to gain well now and am doing this 6 days on one day off.

    ok that is good to know mine is more sensitive on the leftward stretch pull lol i was also curious bout stretchin if you were still sore though because in weight lifting and bodybuilding you dont want to over train meaning like you dont want to work chest out monday then chest out agian tuesday?

    my sizes vary usually but in bpel about .4 to .5 of an inch in nbpel about .2 to .3 and flaccid bone press about .6 to .7

    critiques on routine...

    right now I am doing the newbie routine all stretches 3 sets and i dont really feel that sore. I do this 6 days and sunday I take off. Every session i have last about an hour and I also do the supra slammers 5 days on 2 days off. I feel the supra slammers starting to work this is my third week...

    so its alright if i secrete while doin this just as long as i dont get ponr? im building my way up two days straight now with five reps. my second week im going to try 10 and third im going to go for 20. Is this a good routine to throw in with my basic stretching?
