since January 1st I logged about 600 hours and i got used to it very quickly. What I believe is, that the PF only will bring no gains. I think i wasted the first two month by wearing just the PF and nothing else.
I think a manual routine is really necessary and the PF will only hold...
I read the thread about SRT. I think i will try to do this basic stretching to all angles before i apply my PF. Also the jelq and erect stretches before bedtime makes sense to me. Maybe i can handle to wear the PF also in the night when i attach it to the knee. That would give me nearly 24h of...

i bought a PF two month ago and wearing it 5-6 days per week and logged 421 hours in January and February. My size is 6.2 BPEL and 7 BPFSL. Now i wonder how i can close this 0.8 inch gap? I read that jelqing is the best way. How often should i jelq? Or should i wait for another 2-4...
