What kind of routine should I be doing

I tried the bath mate stretches I found on here where you stretch while in the bath mate

5mins pump 5 mins ssj x4 also tried the stretches for a month and that did not work

5mins 5 mis ssj and repeat x4 also tried the stretches did that for a month with no gains think I’m just going to give up on this

I have been doing ssj and keeping erect the entire time the temporary gains I can touch the sides with the first 2 inches of my duck but nothing with the rest of it and the temporary gains go away within minutes of coming out of the pump

I’ve been using it for a few months now and I have had zero permanent gains I’ve had good temporary gains as I can fill the tube with the first 2 inches on my dick but nothing else using the x7

Anyone actually have gains with the bathmate x30 have been using it for a few months now and I have not had any gains using it 5 times a week for 20 mins a session I get impressive temporarily gains but nothing permanent

Is it good to pump passed your bone pressed length I can get to a 1/4 inch passed with out being uncomfortable

Went and bought the vacu vin and all I can say is wow wish I did this sooner I can now pump passed my bpl and feels so much stronger I got a hold of bm and they said the valve is bad and they are sending me a new one

I do 10 mins in bm then 5 mins of ssj my current and starting measurement is 5x6 and after bm it's 5x6.5 when I am using when I pump do you have to close the valve. Before you let go if I don't close the valve on mine it looses all vacuum

Have been using the bathmate x30 for a few months now and have not gained anything permanent I can fill the tube girth wise but can not get no length gains and the girth wears off after about a hour why haven't I made any gains in length I use it 2 times a day for 30 mins 6 days a week
