    Tired of blisters

Do not pop it! Trust me… let it heal on its own. If you pop it, you’ll be in for a longer more painful recovery.

    Tired of blisters

Brother, I feel your pain… blisters from the SS have been a real road block on my journey as well. As much as I love the SS it’s enough to make me want to throw it out the window when one of those blisters comes up. Someone on here had suggested using 3M Tegaderm Transparent Film as an...

    Preventing blisters with the silistretcher

@KingBlack3 dude, the waterproof dressing is an absolute game changer! Can’t believe how much it made a difference. The microporous tape was solid too, although a little bit of a pain to remove. Thanks so much for that advice!

    Preventing blisters with the silistretcher

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll have to give the tape a try once I get this current blister healed. So should I put the tape on over or under the silicap? or just by itself? And I agree completely, if the blisters weren't an issue there's no telling how far along I'd be by this point.

    Preventing blisters with the silistretcher

@DLD reading through these silistretcher forums and this seemed like the most applicable (rather than starting my own thread). First of all, the sili stretcher is definitely my favorite piece of equipment. When I can avoid blisters, I have been seeing great gains (already up to 8" BPEL), however...

I have been doing manual stretches, bundled stretches, wet jelq, and a bathmate. I’ve been pretty consistent, doing my exercises almost every day. I recently bought a lengthmaster, but I haven’t implemented it into my routine yet because I’ve been seeing pretty good results. I plan on adding it...

I joined this forum over others I’ve seen out there because the community here seems a lot more supportive than others I’ve seen in the PE world. The fact that DLD and other active members take their time to answer posts and questions was important to me. I started doing PE a long time ago back...

I started back about a month ago at 7” BPEL and 6” EG. As of today I’m at 7.75” BPEL and 6” EG. So I’ve seen some pretty quick results. My goals are 9” NBPEL and 6.5” EG. I know I can reach those goals, especially with the help of the guys in this community. Looking forward to it!

I started doing PE a long time ago back when there wasn’t much info out there. Pretty much just some basic jelqs and stretches. I saw some decent results, but fell off the wagon. I have recently decided to get back in the game and really try and shoot for my goals. DLD and the MOS community seem...
