I have a routine for hardcore hanging from the sample routine of Hanging 101 post, but I'd like to incorporate other things to get the best gains, specifically length. I have a length master, bathmate x30, and a narrow Mity vac for length. Any suggestions?
The science of PE always gets me. Sometimes I just wish it were easier to just tug and gains will happen. If it were that simple, everyone would gain a ton LOL Do you think heating could help with the tunica along with bundles stretching?
When it come to different types of stretching, which is recommended to come first? Please correct me if I'm wrong brothers. But if one were to hang first via hanging to target the ligaments and max out gains, should tunica stretching with the extender follow? A lot like when someone has PE...
