7 inches of girth makes it difficult for blow jobs especially if they have a small mouth LOL. It can be uncomfortable when they drag the teeth and annoying when they complain there jaw is too sore and fatigued. Average and especially tight woman have issues. Live and foreplay helps a lot! Odd...

Looks pretty good, except use less sets and a 10 minute warm up. you have to start off slow just like using any other device. I would work your way up to 3-5 sets of pumping. You might need off days to for healing. With clampimg be sure to condition and work your way up too longer times as well...
