I'm 78 workouts into my routine and have had slow, but somewhat steady increases in my BPFSL post-workout. I've went from 7 7/8" to 8.5". After two weeks, I was scheduled to measure again. I was hoping to get another 1/16". This time, 8.25"....lost 1/4"! So, I did it the next day. Again, 8.25"...
