Well thanks captain obvious. I do work out my chest. I do flat and incline but I want a more definite chest. That is my goal.

how do you keep the gains you made with Bathmate?

thanks my girth is around 5 5/8 length is 7 1/4-1/2. I usually do a set w/ herc. then get in the tub and use the X-40. Im trying to max out the X-40. i think i can do it in a year. when i get there how do i keep the gains with the Bathmate?

I just got my X-40 2 weeks ago. I couldn't fit it at first. I would go 3 set of 6 min in herc. Then take a bath and put the X-40 on. I'm excited Im at 200. just 50 more to go.

i just bought the extender. Is it ok just to wear it for 1-2 hours a day. I didn't see any extra spare parts on the site. How much do they cost?
