Hi DLD it's Darren again. Still no word from penomet rep from this forum but a guy named Kevin also from support has emailed me and said that he is getting in touch with the fulfillment centre to ask the whereabouts of my order. He also said that my new order which was placed supposedly by Dana last week, was not actually placed as my original delivery is still in transit and that I should wait 30 days, but I originally ordered on the 22nd march so 30 days have surely passed. My item arrived in the u.k and passed customs on the 5th April. It was scanned by delivery company on the 5th April but that's the last piece of info available...so I'm guessing it's been taken by an employee or something as it would only take a couple of days to deliver from that point..which was almost 3 weeks ago. I just thought I'd update you as you have been more than kind to help me out.

Hi DLD, I've just been on the phone to penomet c.s again, she said that cos it's a re-shipment I won't get a new order number or tracking number...doesn't make sense to be honest but I'll carry on waiting. She did say she has messaged the supervisor and that if I haven't heard anything back after 3 days then get back to them...just seems like I'm getting palmed off all the time. I said to her that penomet from this website told me that you have a u.k warehouse and that its fully stocked and why wasn't it just sent from there!!! She didn't know what to say..she said she thought it was for returns only. I'm gonna have to carry on waiting, can't do nothing else...thanks for all your help anyways mate. It's been much appreciated.
