Congrats on your gains. What position are you hanging in? Can you jump straight into the heavy weight you mentioned? Or do you need to pyramid the weight through the set the reach your max weight?

Do you find that you do reach fatigue when hanging one set. What are your thoughts on "riding the fatigue"? Did you increase your weight each week by 1-2 pounds to reach the weight your currently hanging at?
