What ist when I do pe on monday at 7pm on tuesday at 3 pm, on wednesday at 6 pm, on thursday at 2 pm, on friday at 8 pm etc.
Are this irregularities bad for pe?
For example: Can I do Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds three times one after the other.
Or...
... should I do the each set three times one after the other.
