    Hahahalol! I hope so too man!! I try to average about 5 to 7 hours daily and increase intensity on a weekly or bi weekly basis depending on how much pain i can tolerate! I really wana grow so ive also incorporated a lil hanging 2 to 3 times a day along with Bathmate sessions for girth.

    You can try to switch up your workouts every 2 weeks or so to trick your muscles. I would probably add 5 pounds to each exercise weekly depending on you being able to keep good form. you could also add more reps or sets once an awhile to shock the muscles!!
