i stopped newbie routine, i only do the strecth of the 10 minutes workout and modified supra slammer's.
I gain 0.3 inch in length and 0.3 inch in girth from these routine.
i tried it 5 minutes ago. I do the beginning of the regular supra's slammers but instead of a 10 seconds jelq, i did 25 dry jelq with a kegel between each.
I have a good pump, i will do for my girth routine.
This morning during my girth session, i answered me one question. What is the optimum time for one stroke ? Must i do 2seconds stroke or 5seconds stroke ? What is the difference between a fast and a slow jelq ?
I would like increase my girth and width, this is my routine :
#set :
1) 5 minutes clamping
2) Toilet Compression Squeeze while clamping (30 seconds each segments)
3) 60 seconds compression squeeze
I do 5 or more sets in a workout. What can i add for length training ?
