alright, i'm going to primarilly focus on length atm since i'm at least content with my girth atm (5.5 in)
what are some of the best manual stretching exercises for gaining length, currently i just do the newbie stretches and DLD blasters (which rock)

i take off days if i feel i need too, but i know DLD trained 7 days a week and he gained alot so rest days dont seem essential for gains (like weightlifting), but i like to take them to avoid injury
this site has really helped me get motivated. I'm working on a total change in my lifestyle and alot of it is due to the success stories i hear from DLD, you really are a great inspiration
