Lead leaching into the body is no good.
Lead is usually in gauges and in some release vacuum function on these pumps and gauges.

Here is a warning label I read about one of these products:

Yes. The entire set up is either plastic, copper, zinc, and stainless steel. No lead component nor PFAS as coating material.
