Hi all, just been doing some of the basics on the newbie routine but no jelqs or pumps, just trying stretching only for awhile, hand clamping, __________ stretch, although had to ease up on that latter because of soreness and still learning as I go, keeping pretty light weight, light to medium tension. Have not done specific measurements yet as I wanted to see if I could notice gains by mere visual and do more percise measurments after a year or so. Thanks for comments, tips and suggestions
