I'd love to hear what you suggest for more of a length based routine, I still have a decent amount of girth I want to gain, but my NBPEL is buried by a 2' fat pad. If I can gain girth at the same time, this would be great too!
I was 262LBS and I've lost weight down to 245LBS, My first major goal is 220LBS.
3 things come to mind immediately diet, exercise and Lengthmaster. If you have tapped out all the intensity from your own grip then it’s time to get yourself into a LM to continue growth. This will be a huge step up in your growing.
Exercise and diet are also extremely important to bringing visual growth added into the new growth you’ll be making. Put together a very basic exercise program like walking 2 miles a day. And also put together five small meals a day, make sure they’re healthy! The reason for this is you want your metabolism running as much as possible and every time we take him food or metabolism kicks in. I think you should keep it very basic and easy to do you’ll be able to stick with it.
From my own experience, when I lost almost 3 inches of fat pad, Was incredible. I went from having a 9 inch penis covered by 3 inches of fat to a 8.5 inch penis with a quarter inch of fat! Game changer!

No, when I'm not in the mood to do 5X5X3 this is my main routine.
Do you have any recommended changes to it?
My BPFSL showed 7.71 which I think is the largest I've ever measured that way, maybe I'm gaining. Not too sure.. I know I should pay attention to the routine and progress but I also enjoy PE as a thing I just incorporate semi-passively while I'm at my desk.
Maybe I should do the routine you commented on but just add 2 x 5 minute SSJ's in.. I wonder if that would make a major difference.

I switched to carbonated water, & when I drink I go for the alcoholic versions.I didn’t see that for myself I did lose the weight from my fat pad and it’s pretty much the first place fat goes on when I get in shape. I carry all of my weight in my belly so it definitely affects my fat pad. But like I have said before there was no better game than when I gained 2 inches visual length after losing all that weight. I had 6 1/2 inches showing with a 3” fat pad. When I lost all that weight it was amazing how much bigger I was. Get yourself on a good diet and a good exercise routine but don’t make it your whole life make it very doable and realistic. And if you’re like me and your drink soda for wine and beer go for diet or skip it completely. I found that most of my calories come from things I drink.

It's been a while, just wanted to check in.
I stopped PE again unfortunately.
But I've began pumping and adding hanging back into my days.
I just did a 30 min 10LB hanging set, a 22 minute 10lb hanging set and then a 10 minute 7hg pump session.

Pros: Orgasm feels nice
Cons: Using more of a death grip, masturbating 3x a day, desensitizing my penis, increasing a dependency on visual stimulation, not as turned on for my girlfriend, difficulty staying erect during sex, thoughts of masturbation frequently on my mind.
Seems pretty clear that this is a good choice. I want to say I'll be successful in eliminating it, but I am aware I may have my hiccups.
My initial plan is that every time I feel the extreme desire to masturbate, I'll put my pump on for 10 mins at 5hg.
After this I'll try and distract myself with a video game or something.
