Yanking while hanging

Whats up guys is anyone experiencing yanking when hanging where the sleeve will lean on one side of the glans and create space on the other side almost looks like its gonna rip the sleeve due to the tension , but it really starts to hurt the glans i believe the durosleeve can support 25 lbs and up so why is this happening at only 10lbs any thought?
 
it like pulls really hard and creates a bubble by the bottom and stresses the glans....im gonna try lightnings sleeve technique i just read about by flipping it bottom up and see if that will help.

I was about to refer you to lightning I’m glad you figured out yourself.
 
hmmm.....yeah im gonna need some help the bubble is very persistent even with the flip method its like the sleeve is getting overstretched or something

I tried hanging for the first time today. How much weight should I be hanging with? I was using 8lb. How long and often should I hang?

With traditional hanging you want to hang for 20 minutes at a weight that feels productive. If 8 pounds is comfortable to you then go with 8 pounds and add to that every week or two to increase the weight. With traditional hanging you want to get about four sets in every day.
 
Hello DLD, I've started hanging for 1 hour 3×20 minutes in 1 sitting, I was wandering would it be pointless topping up with 20 minute sets separate throughout the day hours apart? Thanks....!?✌?

I've started hanging for 1 hour per day, do I need to hang in 1 sitting or is it ok to hang 20 minutes at a time every so many hours to top the hour up! Hang 1 hour 1 sitting plus 3 20 minutes on top over the rest of the day so = 2 hours because I dont realy want to be doing big hang times in 1 sitting!
 
Only go 20 minutes at a time, that is the maximum for when hanging traditional weight.
 
anyone else having there glans pulled back when heavy hanging gosh that thing is a you know what?

when i go heavy at say 15lbs or 10 after say 20 mins , its like the glans are getting pulled back and theres' a tug of war btwn the weight and the sleeve and what happens is the glans ends up getting pulled away from the the dome and stretched by the sleeve as opposed to staying in there and that hurts like a you know what, anyone else experience this?

I have not experience this but you might want to talk to lightning since he is the designer and should be able to give you solid directions in this area. Just sent him an email at sales@mattersofsize.com
