Correct. Medical fields are studying penile enhancement under mechanical processes are being more relevant and popular. We had a massive laughter with my old retired professors about this, but his old department has a few master and PhD students doing the studies now. I'm not sure when the publication will be released, but I'm stoked. By the way, the shockwave (LIST) is one of the studies. This is why it got me interested a few years ago.

Don't know if it's similar but I used DLD Plyometric Stretch when I was stretching with LengthMaster 3. The best way to describe the interesy so everyone will understand the level, is that I tried to pull my penis from my body. I do not even are joking.

Some days I had maximum elongation after only 10 minutes, and was forced to end my session.
This means + ~2 cm of flaccid stretched length after session.

It was supposed to be 10 min x 2 times.

A couple swear by it vs a group is a bit discouraging. It may work for 1 out of doze users. But question is always the "consistent gains" vs "an outlier gain". If there's more than one gain out of every 5, that's a success.

I just meant program the dp 4000 for interval pumping just like the 20k device used.
Coped with some type of vibration device and boom there you have your 20k pump for around 500$

However, the pressure must maintain a consistent cycle of 15 to 20 inHg of vacuum pressure every 10 to 15 seconds, quick release of 3 to 5 seconds, and continue for the next 15 to 20 minutes without overheating. I saw these in the manufacturing plants I seen them operating 8 hours a day, but those things are huge to prevent thermal breakdown. Not sure how long these will last. There are no internal schematics so I can't much about them.

The max on the phalbac device is 17Hg. Was watching a video on a guy review of it and he’s been using it daily for 3 years.

I already tried in the 16 inHG for the BM and paid the 1.3 weeks price. I reduced it to 12inHg and achieved it with no issue. I'm creeping up to 13inHg in a week or two from now. I've done this as well back in 2005. That was not safe as the weights became rockets the moment they slipped. I'm still looking for similar system with good internal pumps. Most pumps I've read the schematic on is based on aquarium 650 gallons/hour type. Not enough. You need pneumatic type pumps designed for high pressure delivery system, something like AC servicing pumps at 2 to 3 cubic feet per minute.
