5x5x3 needs a good erection. So, what if someone could use a pump with a constriction ring JUST ONLY to get erected, then remove the penis from the pump, then do kegel and remove the ring and start the SSJ and then after the SSJ use bathmate/mityvac.
Does that sound viable to you? I am talking only JUST to be erected (asap erection). Would you like to tell me your opinion on this?

Try these types. You don't want the constriction to be to much.

@kriskros I have so old smaller diameter penis sleeves that I use them. I either use one, two, or even three on top of each other to get the restrictive level I need. Remember not to go too crazy with it. Two smaller sleeve cut out will cut off 70% of the blood flow. Three cut outs on top of each other will cut off 90% of the blood flow. Be very very very very careful.

Don't count go for continuous strokes for five minutes straight. I guess each stroke would be about 1 second

This is what I am doing and after 40 secs erection fades away so I have to get erected again and this is why I asked.
