Each person has different reset time. Healthy person can range between 3 to 4 hours. Some range between 5 and 7 hours. Some need 12 hours. It varies quite a bit. This is where you have to find your reset time. Try 5 hours first, then 7, or even 24 hours, and somewhere in between. You may have a good day that only need 1 hour. You may have a bad day that need 48 hours or even 72 hours of reset time. You know your body better than we do. So log your PE info as part of a personal medical/health history journal. I do it for all my family members.I will try 1 week 5x5x3 extended to see how my body feels and after that I will try 3x3x2 twice a day and check again too how my body reacts.
I just want to find the best method for this. One last question. How much time between those 2 sets?
