Exactly as RED said, no disrespect enrikxl! But more so technique does play a big part in whether you get a lot of turkey neck, a little or none at all.

Looking at the pictures of the unit I find it difficult that Phallosan could cause turkey necking.
But surely Julian can answer in a more solid way, perhaps there is scientific data? Overall, keeping your base "tucked" in whatever exercise you do should minimize the possibility of turkey neck.

I dont think it is, no disrespect to you. I have that horrible ..... thing ... and I got it due to POOR technique in my early days, that dragged skin down from the base area.
Yeah none taken! I also have turkey neck and im looking at a turkey neck removal procedure down the line. Good thing its a super simple procedure, guy had it done on �other forum� documented with photos good awsome results and he was back to PE in a few weeks!
 
So if you get turkey neck from poor technique this can easily be corrected?

I can be corrected if you stop stretching in a way that causes turkey neck. When stretching one ham should always be at the base holding back the skin while the other hand stretches. When you just stretch with one hand you’ll noticed that the scrotum is been pulled out too. This is predominantly where turkey neck happens. Once you have it the only way to really get rid of it is to start stretching properly and lengthen your penis enough that it takes up that slack.
 
Oh ok what about when using something like the lengthmaster where both hands are occupied ? I’m just asking bc when I use the lengthmaster and power assist I need both my hands so I can’t really hold the base with one .

Pull back as much skin as possible before the wrap. This is not comfortable because it is a transference of skin on the shaft to become skin of the scrotum. It will take some time but soon you will comfortably feel the skin stretch. The Paysite is free if you look at any of the basic stretches you will see a hand anchored at the base to avoid TN. Once you have successfully stretched that skin back and to you sack your balls will hand lower and you will lose all the TN.
 
No because with Phallosan you dont stretch behind the glans area. You stretch the complete penis including the skin around the glans. Through this you cannot get a ... how we say it: Phimose

In addition to DLD's suggestion here, there are some good suggestions in his TN thread.

Off the top of my head I can recall:
1) ACE bandage, (not sure if they meant wrapped around or with a hole cut in it to slip over the shaft and against the testicles)
2) rubber band around the base, and
3) cock ring around the base.

I'm going to try that third one starting today, because I'm still bare-handing with baby power and I need both hands to get any sort of stretch with that, too. :p

EDIT: I've never used the LM, but it occurs to me to challenge an assumption here... do you need both hands to use it? For some stretches but not others? E.g. if you're just doing a basic stretch, straight out and center, couldn't you just grab the center of the device with one hand? The limitation of manual is grip strength, not arm strength, and you still avoid that limitation with just one hand on a Lengthmaster. Maybe you guys are yanking harder with the LM than I give you credit for! :D

Haha I hear what you’re saying brawn what you’re saying is correct I’m sure you can grab the lengthmaster with one hand on the center. at the end of the day each individual is different and it’s all about maximum comfort I honestly never knew about turkey neck until now so immediately that question came to mind. no need to challenge assumptions but to offer ideas or suggestions based off of your knowledge that’ll help all brothers who may find themselves wondering the same thing in the future we’re all here to learn from each other and grow lol weather it’s a phallosan thread a lengthmaster thread, bathmate thread etc
 
I honestly never knew about turkey neck until now so immediately that question came to mind.
I also JUST became aware of this, in this thread. I just now noticed that I have turkey neck, probably because I've been stretching wrong, and I need to take certain steps to correct it. So much to think about in PE!

Of course! 'Challenging an assumption' shouldn't be an aggressive thing. Aren't you glad I challenged yours? (And my assumption, too... I took your premise for granted when I first started thinking about your challenge!) No better way to help someone learn and grow than helping them find false premises. I hope you'll help me with my thinking, too! :)

A fair few methods exist, but prevention is much better than cure with turkey neck.

^ That is 100% TRUE, and what I did not do (drunk) back at the end of 2001 when I learned about Penis enlargement, jelqing was the main exercise.

No mention of keeping the base skin tucked in back in those days, but now when I do any such work I ensure the skin at the base is kept back.
