Hi, I'm just curious to know what everyones gains with the newbie routine were.

Also for stretching where do you grap you penis. I have heard lots of different things on this site. Some people say right below the glans others say an inch or inch and a half below? I tried grabbing an inch below under that weird skins that is below ur glans and I got more or a stretch on my skin near my shaft.

Also what position do you guys sit in when stretching . When stretching down I lean forward and put my arm under my leg and stretch like that but that position i think puts alot of pressure on the vein cause I see them being pulled out. Compared to when i try to stretch with my arm between my legs there is no vein being pull out. It hard to explain. Thanks for your input.

I keep thinking i should start a campaign to rename the Newbie routine to the SUPenis EnlargementR COCK GROWTH ROUTINE so people will stop underestimating it :)

1 1/8" NBPenis EnlargementL in 90 days. 3/4" in EG, but I do additional girth work 3 days per week.

.35" NBPenis EnlargementL and .125" EG after 3.5 total weeks with the program (2.5 straight weeks), thrombosed vein 3 weeks, (then 1 more week)
