If you could use an ADS for 8 hours per day, how much traction would it take, at a minimum, to make your tunica grow? What's your best guess?
 
I ADH @ 2lbs (6 x 1/3 lb golf weights) and it gives me an awesome lig burn. I did it with 3 and it worked too, but not as well, so I put 1lb :)
 
Sorry, I'll qualify it further and ask how much would it take to grow your tunica? If you're here, make your best guess!
 
I could not imagine an ADS being any heavier than 5 pounds at the most without having to worry about circulation. I have never had one but I have hung and 20 minutes at 20 pounds is allot for me. If I was going to hang 8 hours with no breaks I would think 5 pounds would be sufficient.
 
My experience with ADS' has been that the longer you plan to wear it, the less weight you should use. I would say use around 1-2lbs if you plan on wearing it for 8 hours, otherwise as DLD said, circulation becomes an issue and it becomes very uncomfortable almost painful if you use alot of weight. Since everyone is different, i can only suggest that you experiment to see what weight works best for you... start at one pound and increase is every couple of days 'til you get to the point where it becomes uncomfortable.
 
Yes i did use one... i used the Acme Suspender System and also tried the ventless tugger but couldn't get past the pain when using it. The acme system worked well for me though ( i had to play around with the wrapping before it bacame comfortable). I had to stop using it cuz the rubber started to crack/rip and i haven't taken the time to order another one. There are others that work just as well... I actually wanted to try SWM's home made ADS, it looked real simple to make.
 
I may try some very light hanging all day and track my results just for fun. I have the privacy so why not. I think I will start with 5 pounds but I have a feeling that may be too much.
 
Golf weights. Use golf weights $1.46 + tax (1/3lb) each @ WalMart. Get penis completely flaccid slip on as many as you can, I use 6, then wrap right under head with ace bandage or your usual clamping wrap, and clamp all the way down and let hang :)

All this works for me, based on your flaccid measurements you might need to change it up a bit, but ultimately it works for everyone.
