Fact is, the good majority of men will not see the type of gains they desire just doing the exercises. You must push yourselves! As an example, when I do my girth exercises...squeezes and such....I dont just go through the motions, hold a squeeze for a few seconds and then switch grips. I squeeze as intensely as my hands will allow, and hold each squeeze until I feel like either I cannot hold the squeeze any longer, or my penis is begging me to ease up a little. Of course, you should never push yourself to injury. Use your common sense. Red spots and some bruising/discoloration IS OK!! In fact they usually mean you are doing something right...especially when talking about girth work. I see guys post all the time about how they dont like the red spots, they dont want any discoloration, they're afraid to really go intense, etc, etc. These of course, are almost always the same guys griping a few weeks or months later when they "just cant seem to make any gains...".

I usually do most of my girth sessions at night because of my schedule. When i finish my girth session, my hands are tired, my dick feels fatigued, it's nice and pumped and heavy when flaccid, and I am almost always still pumped a little over my un-pumped (manually speaking...I dont use a penis pump) girth the next morning...we're talking 8-12 hours later. So, there ya have it guys. It's the truth. This stuff is not easy for most of us BUT, is so worth it if you truly desire to enhance this part of your body...to whatever degree you desire to do so.

damn dude, I guess i'll have to crank it up, I usually get some red spots around my shaft but i dont really squeeze the HELL out of my cock when i jelq, when i do Uli's i do tho :)
 
I only jelq for a warm up exercise...maybe 10 minutes before I get started with the intense stuff.

That is when i know that i had a nice workout too, though it is sometimes hard to tell since i've broken both of my thumbs more than once and they have arthritis and seem to hurt a lot when i do girth or any jelqs after any more than 10minutes worth...but its alright, that is what asprin is for! :D
 
i agree.. go high intensity.. while im new at Penis Enlargement, ive been bb'ing for quite a while now, and in general you really have to push yourself to your limits to make serious changes to you body.. just be careful of the feel.. ache, soreness, and burning is good while stretching, sharpness is bad, very bad...
when i stretch i usually cant get enough force with one hand, mostly use both hands, and im pretty strong bench 400, so my advice is warm up thouroughly, EASE into the stretch, and hold it for a long period, and dont be afraid of GOOD pain, at least that works with muscular/fascial stretching, some of you vets here correct me if im wrong about Penis Enlargement'ing...

I love how after my strech session, my penis is flaccid at like 5.5". Of course it retracts over the next hour or so. But it's pretty rad.

After my session today, my shaft was pretty fatigued, but I really felt it most in the base down by my ass. i was doing some hardcore A stretches, and I think i got the ligs really good.

I've noticed with the A stretches, now, I feel like i can just keep rolling my cock over my arm and stretch the SHIT out of it. Pretty cool.

This is informative. PE is now easier than before especially due the the fact that we now have ADS and the length master. This two forms of gaining length are super easy. You must push yourself as always. I just reconciled with one of my ex so now, I have free pussy for motivation.
