Hi all! First of all sorry for my bad english haha.

Im gonna start my PE training and i decided to create a this thread to post my progress, doubts, and other things. Ill upload pictures tomorrow so i can track my enlargement.

I will start with no equipment.

My measures are:

Lenght BP 6'3"

Girth 5'

Not so big but we will work on that! I have no goals, i just want add lenght and girth.

I will start with the DLD first routine: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html But i have think that will be good to add a few things, like for example Slow Squash Jelqs. Should i do these or just follow the routine and nothing more?

Welcome my Brother! This is the perfect place to start and get used to the exercises. Start out basic and slow and work yourself up to more intense training and tools. I will stop by every time you post to check up on your progress. Good luck my friend.
 
Welcome to the brotherhood! Great idea to start with the newbie routine, I think that's the perfect to get things rolling. SSJ's are a pretty intense girth exercise, maybe take a few weeks to let your body acclimate to PE before adding those. It will help to avoid injury.

Ok just finished my first workout, felt great! I have a question :p

Is it bad to masturbate before or after the workout?

The stretching fel really good, also the jelqs. The kegels were sooo hard hahaha we will improve for sure.

Ive decided a goal. Lenght 8 1/4' and girth 6 1/2'. Is it too much or is it possible to reach that size with my starting size?

Better to save masturbation for after girth work but it is fine to masturbate before length work. Your goals are totally possible, you will need to remain very committed to the work necessary but if you do you will get there.
 
I started around your size and am now pretty close to your goal. Definitely doable. All I have to add is definitely do the kegals. Might not seem it but they are very important.

I started PE when i created this thread but i couldnt be consisten because of university and other things. Now that ive finished im starting again. Just 3 days with the newbie routine.

My measures and my goal are exactly the same. I will be posting my measures every month, so i can track my progress. Now i will not fail!!

You can always buy a ADS if you are too busy for PE...i'm thinking you will start work or something and you're going to be busy again.

Is it better to fap, then stretch by the morning and jelq by the afternoon? Can i stretch 2 times per day?

Ive been back for only a few days but i feel my erections a lot better, probably the kegels but maybe jelq is helping with it too.
 
Fapping before training is only for those who haven't learned how to control their erections. For me fapping is bad because it takes away motivation.
Dld says himself that PE is not about fapping.

It's good to ejaculate before stretching,because your PC muscle will be tierd and it's not gonna hold resistence against your stretch.You are going to stretch better and further and you won't get erect during stretches either,that can be a pain in the ass.

It's not good to ejaculate before a girth workout because you need to be erect..and unless you are incredible horny or have crazy EQ , if you fap before jelqing you won't be able to maintain an erection.

2 weeks doing the newbie routine and here are my thoughts. My penis is a little bit bigger in flaccid state and a little bit thicker in erect state, probably because of kegels that have improve my EQ.

After 2 weeks i should start doing 600 jelqs but i have an idea. Maybe i could do 300 traditional jelqs and some SSJ. I think is the best girth exercise so i gave a try last night and did 30 secs of SSJ. I felt a big expansion on my penis, felt really great. Could i do 300 jelqs+ some sets of SSJ? How many sets and how much time per set?

With the SlowSquashJelq is is more about a time limit than it is about reps. If I am doing SSJ alone I will try to get a 20 minutes session in. If I am combining them with the BathMate as in SRT I will do the 5x5x3 routine. You are right, the expansion is insane with the SSJ.

5 Minutes of SSJ's and I am already getting huge expansion. I will need to work my way up to 20. I normally mix jelqs and SSJ's during my 5x3 pump sessions, maybe I should just stick with the SSJ's, but the jelqs seem to be working too.
