Hi to all, has anyone had an attempt to try yohimburn type of things to eliminate pubic fat pad? And the results?

I haven't tried anything, but someone did recommend this one along with a new version that's not quite available yet.

I'd have to try losing fat normally first since I'm carrying more than I need(somewhere around 15-17%). Once my BF% is lower I might just try something like this to see how it works.

teoman, you obviously don't have much of a fat pad to begin with (only 0.66" diff between bp & nbp). Mine is more like 7.2 bp, 6.1 nbp - at least a full inch (though I've gotten heavy since my lifting days). But I know from days as an iron guru, you really can't "spot reduce" - that's a fallacy. To lose your fat pad, you should expect a general bodyweight loss....but, like I said, you don't seem to have much of a fat pad anyway.

Mates, you are right I have to lose some fat, but it is almost imposibble to get rid of some fat accumulations by standard approaches. That's why I am looking for an easy way. NBP is the most important measure for me, the closer BP to NBP, the better for me :)

I feel the same way as you, NBP is more important to me than BP. I'm not a fat person, but I have a bit of belly and some love handles. I applied yohimburn for several weeks on my stomach, but didn't see much difference. I never applied it on my pubic area. Now that you've mentioned it, I might apply it there and see how it goes.

Yohimburn would help.Possibly anti estrogens such as arimidex and nolvadex in estro related fat pockets there are also injections that can help;)
