After 3 weeks of attacking girth like a maniac I couldnt wait anymore and decided to take a measurement. Im up 0.25 now to 4.75. Its still a shitty girth but it is a step in the right direction. I havent felt this pleased with myself for a long long time. Im just hoping its not a miss measurement. I always psych myself out like that so im going to measure tomorrow aswell just in case.

Not long to go then.

So what did you do for the girth? Was this your first 3 weeks of Penis Enlargement? Or just your first 3 weeks of "attacking the girth"? Tell us more.

Yeah - tell us more. For my routine, I am doing DLD's Phase 1 to a "T", so jelqing is the only girth exercise I'm currently doing. I haven't looked to see what Phases 2-4 are yet as I don't want to get overanxious, because I want to stick with Phase 1 for the recommended 6 weeks.

Sorry spektrum, that went long, long ago. I didnt think about that when putting the title on my post.

I have known about Penis Enlargement since the summer but have only been doing it seriously since about nov. Although I have jelqed regularly since about july, so my peice was already conditioned for my new routine.

My girth has always been crap, but i didnt really know it untill i started reading reports about girls wanting about 6". I decided that I would sort the situation out and really go for girth in the new year. So its been 3 weeks of attacking the girth. Before this period, i always did jelqs, which made my penis much more vascualar and my erections stronger, but no girth ever came of it. I thought it did once, but then realised i had miss measured.

my current routine is

2 hours of hanging straight down

followed by

30 - 45 mins wet jelqing every day in the shower with erect bends and squeezes thrown in while im there.
I think the heat helps.

I have been then doing about 30 mins of clamped bends and squeezes and also doing a move where I put my erect penis on a table and use my palm to push down hard on it to give width before bed

Dry jelqs whenever im on my own while watching tv, films or internet.

All this in is done pretty intensly.

I have noticed that since I upped the intensity and made the routine more intensive I get a kind of aching feeling in my tunica, which I have never had before. It was since I got this feeling that I knew something good was happening.

Other factors to consider are that I am into body building and so drink 3 protein shakes a day on top of my meals. This may contribute to my gains as protein is needed on order to build and repair flesh.

I going to keep with this for another month and see how I get on. If I carry on at this rate, i should be able to reach my girth goal in a few months.
