X40 and x40 extreme comparison

The bathmate on its own is a super effective product, but adding the hand pump takes it to a whole other level. The extreme has more control over how much pressure you use and you can go to even greater pressures without having to jam the pump into your pelvis which can be uncomfortable at times. I would suggest the extreme to a beginner as well because you can pump lower and slower with ease and get some good gains. Max pressure with the extreme will bring fluid retention I don't care who you are, but it still brings an epic expansion to the internal shaft if that makes any sense lol
Overall 10/10 product. Some people may say the price is a bit steep but honestly some people pay thousands for penis enlargement surgery and the bathmate is safer and more effective, go figure! Not to mention bathmate customer support is second to none, they will make sure you are happy and your shit works!

yep i think the X 40 is great but yeah i have to jam up to my pelvis if i want to keep the pressure....if i had the cash id like to get the x 40 xtreme

My 1st & only ever pump owned is the extreme model of the X40 so I can second the comment about even a newbie can use it, I had no experience with pumping & picked it up very quickly. A couple of hard squeezes on the handball and you're locked in then you can just do little squeezes at a time to gradually bring it up to perfect pressure for yourself 👍

I think is someone is getting the BathMate Hydromax and they don't want to deal with modifying it with a Wine-Vacuum they should go for the extreme, it is just easier for folks who are bad with putting things together...Like Me

agreed, i actually tried the wine vac mod and it wasnt working

I have the Hercules and use the wine vacuum mod. I can actually get a "good" pressure that way.

we need someone to make a video showing the entire process in under 500mb. That would help so many people, like myself, who are not so mechanically inclined.

.. I sold my vine vac. Else i could have done it. It is like really really easy.

Just put it on top and do the pull on the vine vag and vacuum will improve

I will never try any modification when I can just buy the original. The Extreme is the best pump

No doubt, it is the best, especially for me but for those who are good with putting shit together there is always the wine-vac.
