Hey guys it is good to be back on here. I have been busy the past couple weeks and haven't been able to do much lately. Well, I finally ordered a Bib starter today and am really excited. I am a tough gainer and am hoping that hanging and manual stretching is my key to unleash my monster and gain 1 more inch so I can hit that 8 inch mark. I was just wondering if someone: SWM, BIB , or anyone with plenty of hanging experience could set me up a routine to follow. I will be going back to college in a couple weeks and should have plenty of time at night to get a good workout in. so if you could set me up a good routine I would greatly appreciate it.
