This is a KICK ASS ROUTINE and it is really organized. I would do this for now (also up your jelqs to 600) like Chaos Lord said, go 6-7 days on.IWANTAHUGEDICK! said:so far I am doing about 300 jelqs 3 days a week and stretches 4-5 days a week

im only 5ft6 so my size allready looks kinda big on me but I want the pornstar size so it will look like I have a 3rd leg
lepiricus said:Well I got over 2" in jelqs alone, did not do much for my girth though. That was done mostly through clamping. I never really counted jelqs. I just did them for say 10 or 20 minutes, whatever I had time for. I found sllow slow intense jelqs were best. I mean the ones that take 5-10 seconds to do each rep. Those are the win.
