Hey guys, this is my first post on this site. I have recently joined the MOS site but am not new to Penis Enlargement and I think this site destroys all the other sites I have been part of. Just a question for you guys, was wondering what your workout schedules are meaning how many ondays and off days during the week? 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, etc..........? I used to do 3 on 1 off but have heard so many different things. I have heard that you can do stretches every day but should take a day off of jelquing once or twice a week. DLD said he doesn't take a day off and he is a pro and extreme gainer and I respect him, but I was just wondering what you other guys have been doing and what you guys think?
