I've actually seen this question posted more than a few times. I'm guessing the "logic" behind the question is that, Creatine is a cell volumizer that helps pull water into the tissues. The part they leave out is that it is a SKELETAL MUSCLE CELL volumizer. The penis has very little muscle tissue in it....and, the little bit there is...is SMOOTH muscle, not skeletal. No, Creatine will not help make your penis bigger. It's great stuff for quick boosts of strength and a good pump in your other muscles though....I have some past experience with it from when I worked out more regularly/vigorously.

You put that to rest. Good job short and sweet (not like you unit though nuttin short about it!)

ARGININE facts -

An amino acid that helps transport nitrogen through the body.
Arginine supplementation has been successful in improving fertility in men by increasing low sperm count.
Arginine produces a natural growth hormone.
Arginine helps increase the formation of nitric oxide, which promotes expansion of blood vessels. This leads to smooth muscle (penile muscle) relaxation and enhanced blood flow.

Many P.E.ers supplement with this amino acid because of the benefits of better erections and semen volume.

CREATINE facts -

95% is found in skeletal muscles.
5% is found in the rest of the body. Mostly in the heart, brain and testes.
Sperm is chock full of creatine.
Creatine is formed from a combination of 3 amino acids, arginine, glycine, and methionine.

So, does creatine help in P.E., its possible. It may not work as a cell volumizer like it does for skeletal muscle.
But, It does help in blood flow, vascularity, and other areas.

Now my take on this, I have used creatine to prepare for arm wrestling competitions. This was long before i knew of P.E., and it did have an effect on erections, they where much harder.
All I can say is it won't hurt, as with all supplements they are just that supplements, so work hard.

The reason I wrote this is so you have both sides of the story, now decide for yourself.

OK, I am done with this topic. Let me grab my cock and go back to lurking.

I think there are better and more economical ways to get better eretions. Also many guys get stomach cramps from creatine...it also has a tendency to clean out the bowls really quick if you take it anywhere soon before or, after eating. Arginine is probably one of the best Penis Enlargement supplements to take. I think most men should take it regardless of their health, age, or if they do Penis Enlargement.

Never said there aren't better ways, i agree with you 100%.
personally i would just take up to 10 grams of arginine, but
I was just pointing out that it could help, so newbies get the
medical truth instead of just throwing it away.
Also they may be taking the stuff for weightlifting already and want to know if it will help P.E., which it should to a certain extent.
The best thing anyone can do is research before deciding.

I was taking creatine back in dec/jan and it made my flaccid hang lower. Probablly because of water retention, but i was also takeing a shitload of protein then too.

creatine never really did do much for me, maybe about 10lbs on lifts at the gym but other than that it just made me feel bloated.. Probably due to the sugar intake when taking the supplement... I agree with still, arginine is the best Penis Enlargement supp you can buy..next to viagra or any erection aiding meds.

Thread resurrected LOL. Good to hear. So I guess my gains ARE due to hard work and not creatine. Besides, I've only been taking it for about a month now.
