I want to gain as much as possible in a month, can I do this just with the newbie routine? I also want to make the gains in my profile in 6 months. Do I just stick to the newbie routine? Thanks guys.
Certainly it is going to help you reach your goal. After a couple months you may need to up the intensity of it. My advice to you on the length is hit it hard every day. Stay in that fatigued state as much as you can (sore at the base). Only take a day off if you feel actual pain.
Sounds like a big length gain in 6 months, its not impossible but im guessing it will probably take a lot of dedication and maybe a little more than just the newbie routine itself...maybe double sets of the routine after about 2 months, just keep progressing with the routine.. just my idea..
Any other things that I can do besides just the newbie routine that can help me, especially in the length area. Basically I mean like intermediate stuff.
stick with newbie stuff for now...you do not want to rush into advanced things until you have reached your full potential with basic things, this is the mistake I made and now im back where you are doing newbie routine again... just some advice
